He has also served as a qualifications designer and exam question writer for the Scottish Qualifications Authority.

With a Master’s in Education focused on Leadership, and a keen interest in cognitive science approaches to improving student outcomes, Kamran brings deep educational expertise to EdTech.

He leads Zimplex.AI’s mission to reduce teacher workload through integrated workflow automation, driving innovation through leadership and technology.

Falak is a seasoned software and cloud architect with over a decade of experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale solutions powered by AI.

He has led complex technical projects for clients such as IKEA, SAAB, Vattenfall, and Stockholm City Council.

Based in Sweden and operating through his own consultancy, Falak brings deep technical expertise, particularly in scalable cloud infrastructure.

He ensures the platform is secure, robust, and adaptive to the evolving needs of educators and educational systems.
